1. Scope
This policy applies to all items purchased from us, either online or in-store, unless otherwise stated.
2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items (Non-faulty goods)
- If you bought the product online, by phone or by mail order, you have a legal “cooling-off” period of 31 calendar days from the day you receive the product to notify us that you wish to cancel the order.
- After notifying us, you then have another 31 calendar days to return the item.
- The product must be returned in unopened condition (or as close as practically possible to unused)
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless we’ve agreed otherwise or the item is faulty.
- Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund (including original delivery cost, if applicable) using the same payment method used for purchase, within 3 days of receiving the return.
- If the product has been used beyond “inspection only” (for example, significant use, damage or missing parts), we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount to reflect the loss in value.
3. Faulty, Mis-described or Unsatisfactory item

- If you find the product is faulty, not as described or fails to do what it’s supposed to do, you are entitled to:
- A full refund if you reject the product within 30 days of purchase (or receipt) in most cases. consumervoice.uk+1
- If after 30 days you discover a fault, you must allow us a reasonable opportunity to repair or replace the product
- We will cover any reasonable cost of return if the item is faulty.
4. Returns Process
- Please contact our Returns team (via email) to obtain a Returns
- Pack the product securely in original packaging (or equivalent protective packing),
- Ship the product within 14 days of your notification (for change-of-mind) or as agreed.
- Once received, we will inspect the item, and if all is in order we will process your refund or replacement within 14 days.
5. Exceptions & Conditions
- We are not obliged to accept returns for change of mind if theproduct is damaged, clearly used beyond reasonable inspection, missing essential packaging, or if the value has been significantly diminished.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used originally, unless otherwise agreed.
- For faulty items, any refund will include the original delivery cost where applicable.
